Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. We understand there are times where returning an item is the only answer and we will be happy to accommodate your request. All returns must have an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) before returning the item back to us. An RMA number can be obtained by emailing Customer Service at rma@TheMailboxSource.com. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Standard Items:
Items may be returned within 30-days of the original purchase date for replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. We will credit the product cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping on non-defective items is the responsibility of the Customer. We do not refund shipping or handling charge on non-defective items. The item must be in the original box with the original packing material and in sellable condition. You may incur a 15% return fee on all non-defective items.
Personalized Items: Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
All personalized items that involve custom work are guaranteed against defects and errors but are not returnable unless damaged during shipping. Damaged items will be replaced but cannot be refunded. Any cancellations of a custom order must be done within 24 hours of the order.
All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the damaged/defective item. You will be notified by email when your item is received back and your refund has been entered.
